Items will be shipped from Portugal, by CTT registered mail with tracking number.

After the delivery is possible to track the item on www.ctt.pt website.
From the moment of shipment the sender relieves himself of any responsability for delays, failure to receive or lose the item.
No refunds or replacements is expected.
The sender is however available to check the status of the delivery on Ctt Shop and to present a complaint for any loss or delay.
